Job Description
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Handling member complaints regarding billing errors or service disputes that are preventing payment.
- Negotiating and setting up installment plans for members with significant arrears, ensuring these plans comply with TMG’s internal policies.
- Preparing Reports and providing regular updates to the Line Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is A Must
- Fresh Graduates are most welcome to apply.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excell – Word – Outlook…
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in collections
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
