Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about building strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience. 

You will play a key role in onboarding clients, supporting their success, and helping them maximize the value of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and guide them through a smooth setup process.
• Build strong partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Address concerns and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Drive product adoption by educating clients on best practices and new features.
• Monitor account health and engagement metrics to improve retention.
• Collect and share client feedback to support product and service improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar SaaS roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle technical workflows.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and help desk software.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to relationship management.
